Creek Foundation is a Colorado nonprofit and IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity, effective February 18, 2026.
We exist to strengthen communities through education, family support, opportunity, and relief.
We believe good nonprofit work begins with respect. That means understanding real needs, honoring local knowledge, and designing support with the people it is meant to serve.
Our goal is not simply to provide a temporary answer. We want every act of care to create momentum toward a more stable and hopeful future.
