2. About Creek Foundation
Creek Foundation is a Colorado nonprofit and IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity, effective February 18, 2026. Website content is provided for general information about our mission, programs, and ways to participate.
3. Donations
Donations are voluntary and support Creek Foundation’s charitable mission. Online donations may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, donations are final and nonrefundable. Creek Foundation retains discretion over the use of unrestricted donations in furtherance of its charitable purposes.
4. Tax information
Donation acknowledgments may be provided for recordkeeping. Nothing on this website is tax, legal, or financial advice. Donors should consult their own professional advisers regarding deductibility or other tax consequences.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, transmit malicious code, impersonate another person, collect information unlawfully, or use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity.
